Idp Ielts — Made online payment for Ielts Exam.but not got any confirmation

I have booked my ielts test through idp website on 18 Feb 2022 for Delhi Rajouri Garden Test Location and made an online payment through phonepe upi of 14, 700 rupees money was also deducted successfully and test date is 28 february 2022 for 9am to 12 pm slot but haven't received any confirmation then I tried calling on their customer care number and marked them email as well but still no response from last 24 hours. I would request to please get it resolved or help with refund so i can book the test again Also I have attached payment proof for reference
