IDP IELTS — No email for Login Password received and not answering calls.

After a successful registration of my IELTS examination, I am facing a problem. As per instructions I went through that link which says forget the password, I completed that step but didn't receive any mail. Please send me my password email for further steps.

I was facing the same problem. But then I tried one thing and it worked.
Your password is your name first 3 letter and birthday DD/MM/YY (year last 2 digits.)
For example: name is rahul and birthday is 12/07/2005 then password will be rah120705.
