IDP IELTS — Online payment while booking showed error but money deducted twice | |||
I had tried to register myself for Ielts exam on the 9th of September 2021 and paid the fees of Rs.14700/- but it showed error in payment. So I tried once again and the same error popped up. So amount of Rs.14700/- was debited from my bank account twice. I am yet to receive it back into my account and request you to kindly look into the same. Would like to inform that on the same day I registered myself for the exam (Slot on 11th November 2021) after trying with my credit card. Request you to kindly make the refund at the earliest.
