[Resolved]  Idp Ielts — Payment done but didn't received email confirmation

Hi All,

I have booked for IELTS Test yesterday, i.e., Feb 11th, 2023 for Feb 19th, 2023 and amount got deduct from my credit card but I haven't received any confirmation email or sms from IELTS IDP. Tried reaching out to IELTS IDP helpline number, It says no test had been registered for given passport number. I request for refund of 15650 back to my credit, so that I can plan to book it again.
