I booked a Ielts test with IDP india and without any prior confirmation they shared a mail with me stating that my speaking test will be on 23Feb, 2022. I did not choose this date and therefore i emailed them that i am not available and asked to reschedule it. The guy on call from IDP Shankar said to write a mail which i did and he said i will receive a reply regarding reschedule within 2 days. It has been a week but no prompt response. I emailed them again to confirm if i have to give me Writing, Reading and Listening test which was scheduled to be on 26Feb, 2022. I was ready to give the test but as i had no response about rescheduling of Speaking test, I emailed them again asking to confirm if i should go and attend the exam or if they are rescheduling all of my exams. They replied asking for my passport number which i replied to immediately and since then I have received no reply.
I want either a full refund of money or my exams to be rescheduled at no extra cost. This is exhausting and to be honest IDP has pathetic customer experience services and all they care for is getting the money.
Kindly escalate this matter to the highest level and get a resolution on priority.
