IDP IELTS — selection of speaking slot - cheating

I booked the idp ielts instead of bc, just because they had mentioned in their website that it has the flexibility of choosing the speaking slots. But after the payment is done, the website does not provide any option to select the speaking slot. When contacted, they said they will only give the slot just 2 days before the exam date and we need to attend the speaking test whenever they give the slot. This is completely contrary to what is claimed in their website. When asked to the customer care, she keeps repeating the same thing over and over again instead of providing a solution. Later she just disconnected the conversation rudely.

This is not what is expected from a test provider which is recognized worldwide. I am highly disappointed.

The speaking selection manual pdf which is available on their website (Also i have the local copy in case they remove this), also mentions that we can select the slot 15 days before the exam test date.
