Idp Ielts — Slot booking payment done but no confirmation received

Greetings of the day,

Today i.e on 26/12/2022 I booked a test slot for 07/01/2022 for Computer-Delivered based IELTS. My account has been debited an amount of 15, 500. I paid fees via phone pay UPI. Below are screenshots attached.

Kindly resolve my problem so that I can book a test.
