Slot booking payment done but no confirmation received

Greetings of the day,

Today i.e on 26/12/2022 I booked a test slot for 07/01/2022 for Computer-Delivered based IELTS. My account has been debited an amount of 15, 500. I paid fees via phone pay UPI. Below are screenshots attached.

Kindly resolve my problem so that I can book a test....

I registered for my Academic Computer Delivered IELTS Test today[protected] and have made the payment Via Phone Pe and money got debited from my account but the registration is not yet confirmed
Please look into this case by refunding my money of 15500/- on priority basis for the rebooking

    Today i.e on 26/12/2022 i booked test slot for 14/01/2023 for Computer-Delivered based IELTS. My account has been debited amount of 15, 500. I paid fees via google pay upi. Below are screenshots attached.

    Kindly resolve my problem so that i can book test.

      Hello respected sir / mam. I am here to inform you that I have booked a ielts slot on Saturday i.e ; 17/12/2022 on pen & paper Ielts test for 01/07/2023 the amount has been deducted from my account but the slot has not booked but the amount 15500 INR has been deducted from my account I have paid the amount through Google pay UPI and below are the transaction details . my passport number: U2333856. Please, resolve my issue as soon as possible.

              Hey i am from india
              I booked my academic ielts test for 24december 22 on 10 December 22
              I paid the fees from my debit card After filling in the required details I was directed to the payment gateway where I made a payment of 15650 rupees .Immediately I received a message from my bank stating that the amount has been debited. But I couldn't see any booking confirmation on the webpage instead a blank screen appeared indicating TIME OUT ERROR. I was shocked to see the response.
              I believed that the money would be refunded in 3-5 business days, as generally, this is the case if online payment gets failed in any other paying gateways. But I am yet to get my money refunded.
              It has been confirmed from the BANK end that the payment has been done and the other party has received the same. I am very worried and perplexed.

              I am requesting a refund of the money since I booked another slot for the test.

                One December 10 I booked my test for 24 December ielts exam and my 15650 money deducted but I did not received any confirmation message or any email regarding this.

                          On 30th November, I have booked Ielts Examination and the amount was deducted from my account but haven't received any confirmation mail. I complained it on customer care they told you will receive your amount within 8-10 days. It's been 11 days but still not credited with the amount. Please solve this as soon as possible.

                            I had booked my exam for 7th of January and still have not received any email or sms for the same. The id with which i registered was [protected]@gmail.com and phone number [protected].
                            Either instantly send the confirmation mail or refund the money.

                            I faced the same issue and the amount was refunded after 3-4 days. Don't use UPI to make the payment.

                              I had booked my IELTS for 7th of January few hours ago and the money was deducted using RazorPay but I still haven't received any status of my confirmation either on email ( [protected]@gmail.com) or mobile number ( [protected]).
                              Either send the confirmation or refund my money!

                                  Yesterday, I tried booking a slot for IELTS exam and the amount of Rs 15, 500 has been deducted. The booking did not go through. I spoke to your customer care executive today and he bluntly said that they won't acknowledge this on mail and to contact again after 10 days. 10 days??

                                  Please provide a resolution on whom to contact, and the process for the refund.
