IDP IELTS — TRF for ielts

It is with regret that I would like to inform to your good office on the following.
I had my ielts exams on 18th of December 2021 at Guwahati in India and have received my provisional test results as well. However, I am unable to access my TRF for which I have been mailing to IDP but couldn't get their response. I was once asked to resubmit my passport and I have done it 3 times by now. I am still unable to get my TRF which actually is mandatory.
So, I would like to seek for assistance on this matter from your kind end, for which I shall remain grateful, please.
I am Datta Ram Bhattarai from Bhutan and my passport number is G083386.
