During registering for my IELTS exam I wrote my name wrong because of auto-fill
Family name: Reddy
Given name: Shravanth
As for the passport, it should be
Family name: Reddy
Given name: Shravanth Reddy
I was asked to correct the same during my LRW test. I wrote my exam on 21st Aug 2021. I was given a form to make any corrections in my details. I wrote all the corrections and verified the same with my passport to make sure that I get it right this time. They took the form and passport to make the corrections I requested while the exam was going on. However after the results are declared and my TRF is printed, I see that my given name is corrected, however, my family name is removed

Because of this issue, I was not able to apply to universities. I have emailed and called them multiple times in the last two weeks. Their email response time is 4-5 business days which is very slow. Nothing can be done on the call except me complaining and them escalating again and again with no result in sight.
Recently I received an email from them stating that details cannot be corrected post result declaration. Even after I mentioned my correct details in the data correction form, it was still printed wrong. I even shared my passport copy with them at the time of registration, during the exam, and when requesting a correction. If my details were printed as written in the data correction form, requesting them to share a copy of the form. If not, I sincerely request them to correct my name in the TRF so that I can start applying for universities. The more time it takes, the more opportunities I'm losing.
