I bought a 1.5 ton split ac a year ago and your technician installed it promptly.within the warranty period the ac stopped working after which I registered a complaint... The service person came the next day and told me that the rats had chewed my wiring...after 4 days customer care called me and told me it would cost me 5000 to fix and the warranty doesn't cover rat damage. My problem is that the ac unit was installed on a grill with no plywood at the back... I was not told about the requirement of plywood or that fixing it on the grill would leave the ac exposed to rat damage...they installed the ac in 25 min and left..I'm no ac expert to know the correct method of installation..I should have been told that they need plywood or that it has to be mounted on the wall... They did what was easiest..no hole drilling for the pipe, no cutting of plywood.. Nothing... Just fix however and forget...this is negligence on the part of your installation team...
