I had request for general servicing on 25th June 2015. After following up so much a technician has visited my home yesterday (1st July 2015). But during servicing inlet pipe got broke because of technician's mishandling and when I confronted him he started giving excuses like it was already cracked etc. though before starting servicing he neither even informed me regarding the crack nor I had any leaking problem. More-soever instead of solving the issue he left in between saying Its not his fault.
To report this issue I had immediately called the Customer care. They had refused to lodge the complain regarding this issue. They had given me Mr Hemanth's contact no (+91 [protected]) but nobody received call from his end though I had called him multiple times.
Then I had called on +91 [protected], first my call was received by Mr Anand who said that he will contact the technician and call back to me but he never called back. After some time I had called again this time Mr Nagaraj attended the call, and he promised that he will look into the issue and call me back in 10 mins. But still nobody called me back and neither they attended my call.
Right now I am in a situation where I have to do a lot of laundry but I am helpless as machine is not working. This is all because of mishandling o[censored]nskilled technician and careless support. Sorry to say but day by day service provided by IFB is degrading.
Request you to look into the matter as soon as possible.
