[Resolved] IFB — AC complaint not resolved yet--complaint No[protected]

I have got error E6 on display, I have logged a compliant[protected] on 20th june, technician visit and said there was no problem but next day the problem again occurs then the engineer visited on 29th then he said the PCB was faulty he will order. I have do the followup but no one take action and now even the zonal guy are not picking calls. please take some action.

Still Problem is not resolved. Still getting false statement from all the guys, even from superwiser that the part is not delivered yet its showing courier not reached, just fed up of these answers, again they are saying wait for 2 more days. The complained is opened on 20th they have closed and reopen on 29th again. Is there any SLA for complained or not. Really please define some SLA and take a serious look into my issue. There is no reason to say every time regret inconvenience caused to you. Its humble request if you can resole this issue asap.

Finally the problem is resolved late but its satisfactory, Escalation team members helped a lot thanks to them.
