[Resolved] IFB — AC remote defective

Dear sir, Refer request id 15604133 / 15703176 . I got fed up with your service, In future I have decided not to purchase any IFB product also I will never suggest to anyone to purchase your product. There is a number given by you for service concern, but no one attends the call[protected]. After complaining so many times my AC remote was collected for replacement on Jun 06, 2015 but thereafter no feedback I am getting. I wanted to contact the person who has collected remote for service but his phone always I am getting switched off. Kindly take necessary action.

Updated by rajendra666 Still complain is not resolved. They tried to replace remote with old & used inferior quality but I refuse to accept. I want that it should be replaced with similar new remote. Let me see how much more time they will take to resolve the issue. I have already informed to customer care. Without remote AC not working.
