I bought a 2 ton IFB Air Conditioner from Sham Lal Krishan Lal, Sadar Bazar Delhi Cantt on the 10th of May which was duly delivered to my Residence and I was assured that the Service call had been logged and the AC would be installed within 24 hrs as is the Company policy.
I called the customer care on #[protected] on the 12 th of May and was assured that the service request had been forwarded to the technician and the needful would be done.On the 13th of May I have called up the same no thrice, been told that our application is down and we will arrange a call back from the service station in 10 minutes I am still awaiting that call!!!I requested them to expedite the matter as I am working and am not available during the week .I told them I have a commitment today and am not available post 5 o'clock and I have my aged parents staying with me but it seems to have had absolutely no effect on the host of XYZ's I seem to have been interacting with on from the call centre!!!
What absolutely shoddy work ethics from a so called reputed company.After my experience I would never recommend IFB to any potential customer and I just wish I could return this AC and go buy a Godrej one which I did last year.Within hrs of the AC being delivered the GODREJ technicians had my AC installed and working.God knows what made me go in for IFB.
I called innumerable times on the 13th of May and I was told the Application is down.I have just made a call ie on the morning of 15th May and have been informed by a call centre executive by the name of Monica that the application is still down and I will get a call back within 48 hrs.
I have been mentally harassed and the service protocol of the company of installing an AC within 24 hrs of purchase is a fraud aimed at misleading clients.I request for an immediate resolution so that I am not further harassed. Was this information helpful? |
