We have Executive Plus washing Machine which is around 15 years.When we want to enter AMC we found the model is MISSING in the list...and AMC for the same is missing and we were asked to enter into AMC at an approximate amount which does not cover Plastics and Rubber parts which is ridiculous.. When they have upgrading the models/ old models should also be uploaded with details.. But this kind of just fleecing is unacceptable and the IFB is loosing customer base drastically to competition.. Best PRODUCT under BAD process management
