Refer my complaint under ticket number [protected] dated 5th Sep 2018 about problem with Neptune Dishwasher covered under AMC and your representative at Chennai one Mr. Daniel Jo Visited on 7th September who informed that he will procure spares and rectify the defect within 10 days. On 11th september I have retained the complaint when asked for closure. Subsequently I contacted IFB through Toll - Free number on 26th, 28th of September and 6th and 11th of October. On 28th September IFB informed through SMS that representative will attend within a day. Every time when call IFB through Toll - Free number they informed that this time they meet me through chennai office before 5pm. Today 16th October no - one approached for rectification of the dishwasher which is under AMC. This is the state of affair of IFB. An early action is solicited. The ticket [protected] for the IFB microwave oven, I raised on 28-August is not yet resolved. It is more than 50 days and the problem is not yet solved. I have contacted customer care, the service center in Bangalore multiple time. Very much irresponsible support from IFB.

We raised a service request complaint for IFB washing machine almost 15 days back. After vigorous follow up for 3 days service engineer has come and went saying that he will come with replacement part. After that no update, whenever we call they just next day they will come. Most of the they won't answer calls.
