Hi, I raised a complaint regarding my Washing machine 45 days back. Complaint number is 13504660.
In 45 days, no one from IFB has cared to resolve my issue or respond to my complaint.
Every time I call up customer care, they assure me they will ensure someone attends to the complaint, but sadly that is it. No one ever calls up or turns up to attend to the complaint.
The last time I called, I was asked to call up Mr. Senthil (Cell No: [protected]) who is supposedly the corodinator at the local service centre (M/S Deepa Enterprises) in my locality in Bangalore. Well, Mr. Senthil never picks up his phone and once he did, he said he was very busy and will call back in 10 minutes. That call never came.
And the worst part, IFB keeps insisting that I should renew their AMC every year. And despite renewing, this is how they serve their customers. My Customer ID with them is 1027961.
Never again will I purchase an IFB product and will also ensure that all my friends and acquaintances are made aware of IFB's pathetic services. Was this information helpful? |
