Sir,
The complaint was booked on 15 th april under 1tkt no.[protected].
One mr. Suresh visited and told that, to replace clutch assembly".
By 17 or 18 th it will be resolved. But to my dismay i received a messge on 17th tkt no.[protected] hasbeen resolved.
When i contacted mr. Suresh, he told that, even didi not know what the complaint is. This is the service iam getting from reputed company like ifb..
Atleast, now would you please attednd and solve the problem.

Washing machine is leaking from bottom while on run.Water leaked from bottom of washing machine.Please do needful as soon as possible.
