I Bought a IFB senorita 6.5kg washing machine From Girias Indiranagar Bangalore store on 17.05.2015. And I had received a Message from TD-IFBCRM as follows
Thanks for patronizing IFB. Your Ticket No.is 15560873. IFB representative will visit shortly.For assistance please call [protected](MTNL/BSNL)/39004321.
Today date is 03.06.2015 it is around 17days after date of purchase of washing machine.still today non of your representative has contacted me for Demo of washing Machine.And i had contacted your customer care no:[protected] around 6 to 8 times, but it is of no use the reply i get is your issue will be resolve within today.
I have contacted the following IFB person in Bangalore
Raghavendra - [protected].(Phone is full ringing no answer from raghavendra)
Anjan - [protected] (Phone is full ringing no answer from raghavendra)
santosh - [protected] (Santosh told it will be resolved within today, after some time he replied
it does not come under zone)
Praveen - [protected] (Praveent told it does not come under zone)

it does not come under zone)
Girias Indiranagar branch replied that we have already given information to IFB Representative and you had received the Ticket Number, so you have contact IFB Representative only we have nothing to do with issue as we have delivered the Wahing Machine on 17.05.2015.
So Can any of the IFB Higher Level Management people can solve my issue, almost 17days over still nobody turned for the Demo. And If we are using ourself what about warranty period and Installation report. Whether installation report required for determining or registering of warranty period.
Previous i had already made a mail to [protected]@ifbglobal.com on 28th may 2015 from [protected]@nal.res.in but still to date none of representative called or replied from through mail.
