IFB bangalore division (Padmanabha nagar) team took AMC and promised to fix the part of oven but failed. When I called them back several times, they said part not available and promised to return the AMC amount. I had called up 50+ times but no solution yet. Initial every time they promised to give the cheque same day but failed. Also ignoring calls and answering when called from another number is the pattern. Very rude behaviour and no proper response. Complaint number: 16101230. Finally, today IFB customer care gave some reporting manager number and he has asked for some details. But the way this is handled by IFB customer care team was horrible.
