I have raised the complaint on my washing machine 2 weeks back and the number is [protected]. when i call IFB and enquire they will say that please check with the Franchise. But when i call Franchise they are saying dont know the status we will update to IFB. Today i am very surprised to see that case is closed without resolving the problem. I have again raised the new complaint - new number is [protected]. My customer id is 3525511. Please escalate this and resolve the issue asap. please dont close this ticket till you solve the problem.
