Hi,
I lodged the complaint on 2nd oct 2014 stating that there is a problem with my ifb washing machine. Which was taken 2 months back.
It's so unfortunate that your people did not have the courtesy to fix the problem till the 7th oct 2014. As per ifb commitment the problem will be fixed with in 48 hrs of complaint (Bull)
When ever i called the customer care i am getting the false assurance stating that it's going to be fixed today. (I really dont know which day). Every time they will give different phone # of the service provider which is either wrong number are no one will pick the call.
I have spoken to the following customer care people :
1. Priyanak.
2. Prathik,
3. Ravi (Who assured me that with in 2 hrs he will fix the problem. He did not tell from when the 2 hrs)
4. Vignesh
5. Bharath
6. Rudresh.
I have wasted money and 2 complete full day in call your customer care and waiting for the service. Yet, your people are not able to fix the issue.
Hope some one has the courtesy to respond to my mail.
I remember my colleagues told that the ifb is giving worst service not to buy the ifb product. Now i realise it's true.
