We had registered a complaint for Washing Machine IFB Senator 6Kg of Ref Customer ID No 119356 & AMC Customer Code 10642470 but from your end there is no reply. The service person visited three times and telling that Spares are not available. We doubt that we made a mistake by buying the IFB machine. The service is so poor. When we call they will tell today job will be done. What is this???? We are not satisfied the service from the IFB and the service centre. Please take immediate necessary action and do the needful. one service man came to repair the washing machine, but he went away without resolving the problem. That service man was not having proper knowledge.
Our machine was having problem of spinning and it was making noise. But it is completely not working after visit of your servicemen.
Our machine is under warranty.
Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
