[Resolved] IFB — complaint has not been resolved since 3 months | |||
My complain no. Is [protected], registered since last 3 months but no positive response We only call and listen about so many excuses and when any attendant comes to visit he talks rubbishly and go away for never returning back to solve the problem In starting months madam crystal also close the complain without solving the issue Mr. Ajay who is the 4th attendant came one month ago with a larger part that can't be fitted in the appliance and said that "main isko kaat k laga deta hun" and when we said not to do that as fitting a wrong part cannot be solution he assured to come next time with the part so that the problem can be solved but never seen after that day Was this information helpful? | |||

I wash using quick wash, after few minutes it is showing error and door. But I am not able to open the door or restart the machine. It's been 3-4 years since I purchased the machine. This problem never occured.
