i have raised a complaint in IFB customer care a month before about our
washing machine and after a day one
person from Chennai service station came to my home and take a look at
the machine and he told there is a rat bite in the main wire which is
getting connected to the board and we will replace.Then he said about getting insurance of the new board and he cost me rs.4700 and the voucher number is 12934.Then he said that the board will come after 10 days so that we can replace it.He hasn't come till now. After 20 days i again made a compliant regarding the replacement and my complaint no is11569494.i need to know whether ifb will replace my board or not????
