Dear concerned
I had purchased an ifb washing machine for their excellent product and service quality, however i am now disappointed at the treatment being given by ifb customer service.
Despite registering a complaint with customer care helpline on 14th may 2015 i have been given false assurances of complaint resolution and have not yet being visited or contacted by any service representative.
I had talked to mr. Venkatesh, from customer care who assured me the service would be done within time. I had called mr. J p agarwal, who is with the service centre and his phone could not be connected.
The complaint has been allocated to a mr. Rohilla who also can not be reached.
I believe this is very unprofessional behaviour from ifb and customer harassment.
I request you to resolve this complaint at the earliest
