[Resolved] IFB — Complaint not attended for almost a month inspite of AMC

Hi, I want to bring to IFB notice that the Service is very very poor and unresponsive. We had lodged a complaint almost a month back and till date we are only getting response that the Service Engineer is busy or transferred or part not available . Its been just 6 years since we purchased the Washing M/c and every year there are defects and we had to renew the AMC and inspite of having a AMC there is no resolution for almost a month. This is very poor service from IFB . My complaint number is 15988699.
