I am using IFB Front loading fully automatic washing machine( Serena 5.5kg model) and had purchased it from the local dealer on 13/10/2010.Its door hinge got broken in December 2014 and complaint/request to replace it was lodged with the local service center. But I am sorry to inform that it is more than 3 weeks now but it has not been replaced as yet. You will appreciate the difficulty of washing clothes in this winter season manually when you have fully automatic machine. I have been contacting your local service center regularly to repair the machine at the earliest but their reply every time is that the part has not been received. Please take suitable action to get my machine repaired at the earliest.
