[Resolved] IFB — customer complaints not attended | |||
Ticket # [protected] is unresolved. Upon calling customer service - ifb does not provide "audio of customer call" upon request. - ifb customer service asks customers to call their customer service team instead of they ensuring their customer service attends to ticket. - ifb service technician giving wrong feedback and not attending ticket. - ifb does not give in writing, no email is sent to customer service team keeping customer in copy upon request. - no action taking even after responding "no" via sms and escalating issue to ifb goa factory. Yes my issue is resolved satisfactorily. i have also received bouquet from your team. i thank you and look forward to not face this issue again. i am a IFB loyal customer for washing machine and such issue spoil the relationship.
