[Resolved] IFB — Delayed service and inconvenience

I had registered a complain for my dishwasher on Oct 2. I finally got my problem addressed on Oct 10.
During these 8 days, I had to go through a lot of inconvenience not only because the machine was not working but also because the engineer gave me an appointment everyday causing me to either stay at home or ask my husband to come home early or go late to office.
The service center lady told me that she cannot do anything about it. I need to manage it with the engineer.
This is not my first similar experience with IFB. I have gone through a similar experience before multiple times.
The IFB products are great but their service is pathetic.
Moreover, the engineer comes and changes the warranty expiration date in my book without my consent stating that the date written in the book is wrong. What authority the engineer is having to change the warranty date in my book?
