IFB — Demanding of amount in advance without replacement of damaged parts of W/ Machine

My machine is under AMC Vide ID No. 10362601. I lodged a complaint with service center on 02.06.2015. The Ticket No. is 15673019. On dated 04.06.2015 two Technicians had checked the washing machine and asked amount for replacing the defected parts of machine and said that they (Technicians) will replace the same by tomorrow. The said technicians did not give any estimate or list of damaged parts of machine, in writing. When we refused to give the money they returned back without giving any paper w.r.t. maintenance or defective parts. Therefore it is requested to look into matter and arrange to send genuine /suitable technician to repair the machine.
