[Resolved] IFB Dishwasher — Spare parts not available | |||
I am having Washing Machine and Dish Washer of IFB. Both machines are good. From 1 month Dish Washer is not cleaning utensils as per FIB standard. So through proper channel I had registered my grievances. Technician visited twice. Inspected.Taken visiting fees.But Dish Washer is not repaired as per standard. Technician told me that one part is not working properly. And FIB is not manufacturing that part. So this machin cannot be repaired. I was surprised and shocked. Yesterday I again contacted FIB authority through Toll free number. They suggested me that an authority from Exchange Commodity side will contact you.So he contacted me. He advised me tha same. Additional to that he suggested me to give up my Dish Washer Neptune to company and get new updated vs Neptune at around Rs 34000/- . He specifically pressed that in this dealing I am getting Rs 4500/- as an exchange value. So, Now I want to know that- Is IFB has such policy to discontinue manufacturing of any part of any model after certain period. Please let me know the as early as possible. Thanks. I am also going through same from IFB team. Mine is IFB Neptune dishwasher. The machine is fine, only rinse aid chamber has fault. But the service people will tell this part is not available and are quick to tell the deal for exchange.
If this issue is not resolved by IFB, I will never buy a IFB product.
