[Resolved] IFB — dishwasher stopped working in 2 days after service | |
It's been almost 10 days, I am following up with this authorised service centre RepairCare from IFB. I have spent 15+k in repairing my IFB washing machine and it stopped again after 2 days from repair. I have been following up since then but no response. Wrote email to IFB Customer Support and got one response that they will look in to it. It's been a week since then and now support centre also has stopped responding. Neither the RepairCare guys are picking my phone. I did not have such issues in Pune but Bangalore seems to have a major problem with customer support. Was this information helpful? | |
