Greetings to the day!
My permanent customer number: 10514063 on the name of : S K Varshney.
I had bought the convection microwave oven at 28 12 2012 from IFB authorized dealer. After completing one year, the major part of oven which is known as "Magnetron" was disordered. They have taken the service charges around 200rs after having warranty of 3 years. Its been hardly 11 months passed, the magnetron was disordered again. I have concern with the product. This magnetron confirmation was given by technician. Name: Mr. Sanjeev (PhnNo:[protected]).
They are asking some service charges again. I dnt have any issue for money. I am having concern after expiry of the warranty, if something wrong who will be taken care of this faulty oven.
Which is been giving bugs time to time. Meanwhile, once I ordered the product. The product was not providing heat initial days, after raising a complaint to shop keeper, they came and repair the minor fault of the product.
Every time, the product is giving issue. I need the replacement of the product. I dont want to repair this company faulty product any more.
