IFB — don't give service at time and do fraud | |||||
First thing, there is monopoly of ifb service provider and they do whatever they want even they give a fraud bill to customer of product even the machine is in 100% warranty still they charge for product, if you ask to provide original bill they clearly deny, and threaten us we don't give u service next time. They don't do service in one time, always tease customer and somewhere we feel like we do service for them they don't serve for us. The main thing, they provide a stupid service man, who also don't know how to deal with the problem, always he give excuse and told this thing is not available it takes time only because he don't know how to do this thing and always break one of the item but this time he is crossed height of limits Ticket no. second thing, there is no voltage issue, you stupid engineer break the locks of plastic body while working unprofessionally and said it's happen commonly it's not his fault and said you have to pay for this body and then i will change this part while the machine is under warranty
