I recently brought IFB Elite 7 KG washing machine on 28 July 2015. Before purchasing I have seen few reviews regarding IFB's poor quality product and services however when I reach out to dealer store he denied all these complaints and suggested that there won't be such issues with IFB products. However after purchasing I found that all those reviews & feedback were right.
In my first experience I felt bad when after spending almost 40 thousand I received washing machine with broken cover. When I escalated this IFB replace the washing machine after 10 days. I thought that now it would be okay but I found that the new washing machine comes with its own new issues. It's washing quality is very poor water is not warming up to the programmed temperature, spinning RPM not reaching at the correct speed and clothes are smelling.
Now this time nobody in listening at IFB. My complaint was marked closed without resolution and confirmation. I had also submitted my complaint on ifbappliances.com but not receive any call or email from IFB team.
I feel cheated by IFB and very disappointed by their services and will never recommend IFB product to anybody. Was this information helpful? |
