A complaint was registered regarding a IFB Serena not working in customer care. A complaint no/ ticket no was given and nothing happened after that. After calling 17 times to customer care, few mobile numbers and land line numbers were given. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. Two of these numbers did not respond. The other two gave a shoddy reply without an iota of responsibility. The service personal are yet to attend the complaint and the futile attempt by the frustrated customer is on..
