My IFB washing machine is in warranty and I had raised complaint 13690732 to IFB customer care saying the problem of drum not rotating on Aug 26'th 2014. They had told they would need to replace drum. But they had closed the complaint without any intimation to me. I had contacted customer care and again raised complaint 13801438. This compliant was also closed without solving the problem and intimation to me. I had asked them to reopen the case. They had given manager Suraj number [protected] to speak for further assistance. Every time I call them they have been informing drum would be replaced in 2 days. Today Oct 20'th2014 but the problem is still not resolved. My IFB customer ID 3106325. It is shocking to know that they are closing the complaints without resolving the problem.
It is extremely poor service by IFB

Finally part replacement is done and got call from customer call center and main office to check whether the problem is actually resolved..
