We have submitted a complaint regarding our wishing machine on 26th Feb, complaint number : 14932661.
IFB representative visited and identified some parts have to be replaced and since washing machine is in warranty they are ignoring the service request repeatedly and since then no actions from IFB representative.
There has been no proper response from customer care and IFB representative. Customer care only tells that they will escalate issue and you will get service with-in next 48 hrs.. and provide number of some shameless IFB representatives in Bangalore. This representative called Ifran ( Mob : [protected] ) and his so called Area sales manager Prasad ( Mob : [protected] ) always tell that they are on the way but never turnsup. this is repeatedly happening from 8 - 9 days.
I am really going through this terrible experience with IFB and would never recommend or bye any IFB products in future.
I want to know how and to whom I can take up this matter so that it can be addressed.
