This is Parveen(.[protected]) I have logged a complaint in the name of ESAGALIB, against IFB Washing Machine for replace of parts.But IFB Nellore (Andhra pradesh) Dealer and IFB Staff i.e., Mr.JYOTHI BABU are saying that, we have to pay the money in ADVANCE, then only they are going to replace the part. Not only that with the help of Mr.JYOTHI BABU the dealer put our name in the Black list. Even they are not ready to hear our words. TOP TO BOTTOM IFB STAFF are CORREPTED They always in the favour of Dealer." Customer is not important for them. Dealer is important to IFB Staff and for IFB Staff DEALER is LOVEABLE" If you are going to purchase IFB products then be prepare for MUM if any service issue will occur.IFYOU RAISE YOUR VOICE AGANIST THE SERVICE POINT OR STAFF THEN THEY WILL FORM ATEAM AND THEY PUT YOUR NAME IN THE BLACK LIST AND AREA SERVICE MANAGER TO AREA SALES MANAGER AREADY TO HEAR OUR WORDS LIKE A COCK AND BULL STORY.
