Sub:HEAVY VIBRATION PROBLEM IN IFB AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE MODEL-AW6501WB
Ref: Sl No. of the AW6501WB washing machine:[protected], Dt of Purchase : 04.08.2012 at Chennai.
The above model automatic washing machine was purchased on 04.08.2012 and used for three months only. After that my daughter had some other assignment and hence she was out of station and not used for more than one year. Again we started using the machine from april 2015. We noticed abnormal heavy vibration from the machine when the machine starts/stops spinning at low speed.
Local complaint was registered with the IFB service centre at Neyveli-Indira Nagar. The person came and told me to replace the springs for which I did not agree as the machine is very sparingly used. He demanded service cost without doing anything which I have rejected.
Again the complaint was registered in the website of your company. The same was forwarded by you to the local service centre agent at Neyveli-Indira Nagar. This time another person came and he removed the stand and kept the machine at the floor. He advised us to put more cloth material in the machine to avoid the vibration at slow speed spinning. He went out He again came and collected service charge without doing any service from my wife in the absence of mine.
The heavy abnormal vibration problem is still persisting with the machine. I do not know what to do with the machine.
Please clarify the following.
1) whether the model AW6501WB is a failure model?
2)The service agent appointed by you is very keen in collecting money without doing any service. Is it correct?
3)Could you analyse the problem and tell the remedies?
4)If you could do nothing, you give me an offer to replace/exchange this problematic model machine with other good model.
Could you solve the problem?
