I hope you are doing well. I am writing to escalate my ongoing issue regarding the replacement of my washing machine, which has yet to be resolved despite my previous attempts to address the matter. See trail emails.
On 16th December ‘24, I wrote an email to request an urgent replacement for the washing machine we recently purchased. It does not fit into the designated area in our home where it needs to be installed.
When the installation technician visited our home on 16th December ‘24, it became clear during the installation process that the washing machine Senator MSN 8012K was too large to fit in the intended space. As the machine is still packed and sealed, I kindly request a replacement with the Senator MSN 7012K model, which I believe will fit appropriately.
Despite assurances that the matter would be addressed, I have not received a satisfactory resolution or clear communication regarding the next steps.
This delay has caused significant inconvenience, and we would appreciate it if the replacement process could be expedited. I kindly request immediate attention to this matter. Please let me know the timeline for resolving this issue and confirm when I can expect the replacement machine to be delivered.
