I have purchased ifb washing machine 6kg front load, and retailer said me company will give you free installation and demo.

But when installation guy comes for install product they didnot plug pipe with water and asking me for extra money for it. And he is also asking me to buy some liquid and detergent powder.

Please help me and solve issue, ifb technician really cheat with me.
