[Resolved] IFB Home Appliances — Repeated Issue with microwave within 4 months of purchase and worst customer service. | |||
IFB microwave 20SC2model is not working and the issue is happening repeatedly. Raised three complaints with IFB customer care, the area service office in mahadevpura, bangalore has the worst service. They doesn't come on time, they doesn't call you for the resolution of the issue. First time the problem happened the technician came and fixed mentioning if it happens again we'll replace it. Second time the same problem happened and the technician took a note the product will be replaced and then no one contacted for three days. After we contacted customer care they mention they will not replace the product whereas they we'll send a senior technician to fix it, however it happen to be the same technician. The problem still persist and i'm looking forward to your help to get the product replaced or refund of my money. Thanking you in anticipation.
