I have registered complaint regarding washing machine not in working condition on 9/12/2013, till date it is unattended. 100 times i called on their call center number they said technician will come today, tomorrow and sure for day after tomorrow, but not came. They said bengaluru we dont have much support. Moreover they provided me the local guys number and name, even they are also not supporting. They will transfer the call from one service center to another. Their names are perter, vignesh. I can add their mobile numbers too.
This is really horrible experience with IFB company. I think company don't have any respect or good value. If they don't want to attend the complaint, then why you are selling your product to the customer and put them in trouble. My mother won't be able to wash clothes because of arthritis. Still she's doing all because of this worst companies services.
My advice is please don't buy any product of IFB. Initially they looks good, but 0 for the service, if you want to purchase and throw it, then go ahead.
If you are kind enough you should listen your customer complaint and address those on immediate basis.

A fortnight ago, the technician replaced a valve for the water inflow, however the machine was still not working.
Even after having contacted the Customer Care Division of IFB, no technician has contacted me .Customer ID 10057995, complaint No 15784099
I am grossly inconvenienced, deeply disappointed with the inefficiency of IFB & feel cheated
I do not recommend IFB products as the after sales service SUCKS...
