Sir, I have complaint regarding my IFB Front Loader Machine at least 15 days ago. Your representative told me that I have attend complaint at your door. When He saw the machine he told me roughly about the repairing. I agree all his condition. He told me you have to first complained on customer care no. then my customer care informed me to take that complained then I come with spare parts which is used for taking that complain on my home. But I wait for your representative but he is not attending the complained till that date. Then I call to the customer care number today again then she told me that my representative come with in 48 hrs. My ID No. 1783982 My complain no. is 15594586 I have nearly 10 years o[censored]sing a IFB items. Please take necessary action as soon as possible and repair my item at reasonable charge of old customers
