How can he confirm that Air Conditioner is in perfect working condition with voltage issue.
Show me the working condition with High Voltage Stabilizer.
Its almost 10 days that I brought this product.
The issue was not resolved yet.
I am NOT YET ALL SATISFIED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

IFB — not draining water
The water is not draining from the machine after wash, i have already checked the coin trap all as given in manual but still not working. IFB,
I had booked a complaint for our non-functional AC on 23-May-16. The representative said a technician will arrive within 24 hours. No one has responded yet.
The AC was purchased just about a year ago and it has had started emitting warm air at all temperature set ups.
Request you to look into it.

I have lodged complain for not working of my split ac on 4th October company promised me to gv service within 24hrs..its about 72hrs bt till now no one have contact me.company is now saying it will take 48hrs more.company is giving excuse of having dashehara festival.If this was the reason then why did they said to give me service in 48hrs and didn't told me at 1st itself that they will take more time.I live at kota rajasthan and if company can't provide service in city also then by what time they going to provide service in other parts of india.Company is just making fool of costumer and making us to suffer in this hot weather.
I would like you to please take some very strike action towards this.Hope I would be getting proper response of this.

Purchased 1.5 ton IFB split A/C on 10.03.2017 (reference number IACS18KA3TGC) is not working properly. Made a couple of complaints to the customer care, Their representative did not do the required work to our satisfaction. Instead were giving excuses for A/C not cooling the room. Their visits are always after sunset and then they seem to be in a hurry to leave as it gets dark.
Yesterday they came at around 7 and left withinh half an hour stating that everything is fine, because of repeated requests they agreed to come visit next morning, i.e Today @ 11 AM, but have not showed yet and its already 5 PM.
Kindly look into this matter ASAP.

This hub was purchased on line. Frequently the gas on off switch is not rotating. It will reset after few days of non working. When requested for registration of complaint it was informed to visit nearest dealer. Who will entertain for online purchase. Pantulu
