Sir,
I have registered a complaint on 4th May 2015 as I have some problem in my senator Waching machine though not completely off. I have been waiting for the technician to come but in vain. Everytime I call customer care, I have been provided with differenct phone numbers to contact. I have spoken to Mr B Suresh(floor leader) but I m not getting any resolution.
Today I have got one more number Mr Santosh (area manager) I have informed him my story... He just said he will look into this.
I want to know after taking AMC. Do I need to followup for 11 days to get my machine serviced ? I am too tired to deal with these people.

Thanks for resolving the issue after multiple escalations. My issue has been resolved on Sunday. Appreciate team for coordinating and getting it done.
