The IFB dryer i have was not working properly for which i called your service People.An IFB service engineer looked at it and reset the safety button, told me its working fine, took the service charges and went away.The Problem was not rectified for which i had to call hi again a day later.He looks at it and tell me that a switch has to be changed for which the spares have to coe fro the copany.this happened 3 weeks back.I have been calling him up regularly but he says that the spare hasnt come.DOes it take a month for IFB spares??I have never had an experience like this with any other brands. I a now tired of calling because he gives me the same answer.Can something be please done about this??i think 3 weeks is too long.My experience with IFB servicing has been so bad that next tie onwards i will make sure that i will not buy any IFB appliance.

I have been complaining about my dryer for 3 days now. The complaint was first made on Sunday 15th March. And called the customer care Center 3 times post that. Haven't yet heard from the technician yet even though I have been told that they are expediting my compliant. This is Case every time I have called for service. I have no idea how to sort this anymore.
